Come travel on an adventure with us! In June, 1999 an adventure will start to unfold in Canada's high Arctic. We invite you to travel with us as we circumnavigate by kayak the spectacular Bylot Island at the northern tip of Baffin Island at the eastern entrance to the Northwest Passage -- home to Inuit and their ancestors for millennia and a holy grail of European explorers in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. Throughout the expedition we will regularly update our Field Notes section with reports, drawings and digital photographs transmitted via satellite to the website. You'll be able to read our story as a 'work in progress'. Kayak Nunavut 99 will be a journey of discovery, artistic inspiration and sharing which you'll be able to follow almost daily.
